After getting to know the latest advances in olive oil production and participating in a tasting to learn what flavours to look for in this core ingredient of Mediterranean cuisine, you’ll set off on a journey through the changing landscape of Jaén to the largest protected woodland in Europe, the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park.
Afterwards you’ll visit the restaurant at El Tranco, a leisure centre right in the heart of the park, where you will be served excellent dishes featuring the finest Picualia extra-virgin olive oil, followed by a delightful ride in a solar-powered boat.
